Anniversary Billing Date definition

Anniversary Billing Date means the date of the month of the Effective Date except as provided in this definition. For example, if the Effective Date is May 20, 2012, then the Anniversary Billing Date is the twentieth of the calendar month. If the Anniversary Billing Date is a date in a calendar month which does not exist in each calendar month, then the Anniversary Billing Date shall be the last date of such month (i.e. if the Anniversary Billing Date is the 30th, then in February, the Anniversary Billing Date shall be either February 28 or 29, depending on the year).
Anniversary Billing Date means the date of the month of the effective date except as provided in this definition. For example, if the effective date is July 15, 2015, then the anniversary billing date is the 15th of the month. If the anniversary billing date is a day in a month that does not exist in each month (e.g., the 31st), then the anniversary billing date will be the last day of the month. For example, if the anniversary billing date is the 31st, then in February, April, June, September, and November, the anniversary billing date will be February 28 or 29, depending on the year, and the 30th for April, June, September, and November.

  • Anniversary Year The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.

In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Calendar Quarter means each period of three (3) consecutive calendar months, ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Quarterly Date means the last Business Day of March, June, September and December in each year, the first of which shall be the first such day after the date hereof.
