Annexation Agreement definition

Annexation Agreement means the Annexation and Development Agreement for the FDP Properties, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Annexation Agreement means an agreement entered into under division (F) of this section that has been approved by the state board of education or an agreement entered into prior to September 24, 1986, that meets the requirements of division (F) of this section and has been filed with the state board.
