Examples of Annex X in a sentence

  • Testing in accordance with Annex VIII, Sections 8.6 and 8.7, Annex IX and Annex X may be omitted where justified by information on exposure and implemented risk management measures as specified in Annex XI, section 3.

  • The Member State which has granted an EC type-approval shall take the necessary measures in accordance with Annex X in relation to that approval to verify, if need be in cooperation with the approval authorities of the other Member States, that the arrangements referred to in paragraph 1 continue to be adequate and that production vehicles, systems, components or separate technical units, as the case may be, continue to conform to the approved type.

Related to Annex X

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Annex A means the Commission’s General Conditions of Contract.

  • FBF Definitions means the definitions set out in the June 2013 FBF Master Agreement relating to transactions on forward financial instruments as supplemented by the Technical Schedules (Additifs Techniques) as published by the Fédération Bancaire Française (together the FBF Master Agreement) as may be supplemented or amended as at the Issue Date.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • Terms Incorporated by Reference means the Non-Cleared Swap Agreement(s) governing the Trade memorialized in the Trade Communication.

  • Definitions In this Agreement:

  • Annex I means Annex I to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.

  • Appendix A means Appendix A to this Agreement, which is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Appendix A describes the performance factor and goals with respect to the Internal Performance Units.

  • Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required by NI 44-101 to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • the first supplementary agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule;

  • Annex 1 means the IRENA General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services;

  • the Second Supplementary Agreement means the Second Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;

  • Amendment No. 8 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 8.

  • Certain Defined Terms As used in this Agreement, the term "Prospectus" means the applicable Portfolio's prospectus and related statement of additional information, whether in paper format or electronic format, included in the Portfolio's then currently effective registration statement (or post-effective amendment thereto), and any information that we or the Portfolio may issue to you as a supplement to such prospectus or statement of additional information (a "sticker"), all as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933. 2.

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Agreement.

  • Amendment No. 4 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 4.

  • Annex means an annex to this Agreement.

  • Defined Terms As used herein:

  • Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2 to this Agreement dated as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Amendment No. 4 means Amendment No. 4 to this Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2018, among the Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Amendment No. 7 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 7.
