Ancillary Movements definition

Ancillary Movements has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code;

Ancillary Movements means train movements on the Facility which are not an express part of the Services but which are necessary or reasonably required for giving full effect to the Services; “Ancillary Services” are those services, which are not Facility Services, which may be provided by ABP to the Train Operator on request, as more particularly described in paragraph 7 of Schedule 2;

Examples of Ancillary Movements in a sentence

  • The Train Operator shall, in respect of any Service (and its associated Ancillary Movements) that it wishes to operate wholly or partly outside of the Core Operational Period, or wholly or partly on routes which form part of the Network over which passenger services do not operate, pay to Network Rail a Non-Core Operational Charge.

  • Each Service shall be allocated an eight character code in the Performance Monitoring System (being a different code to that which applies to services of the Train Operator operated under any other access agreement) to allow for monitoring of each Planned Service and its associated Ancillary Movements.

Ancillary Movements means Train movements which are not part of a Train Path but which are necessary or reasonably required to use the Train Path, including for Stabling purposes and movement of empty Trains and light engines for operative or maintenance purposes to workshops, locomotive depots and fuel points. Associate means, in relation to a party; and
Ancillary Movements means the repositioning of Vehicles necessary for the purpose of providing Services, the testing or servicing of locomotives, movements of Vehicles for maintenance, sanding, fuelling, driver training or cleaning purposes, and emergency retrievals including other similar necessary movements required to provide Services.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Ancillary Agreements means the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, the Xxxx of Sale, the IP Assignment Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement, the Transition Services Agreement and the other documents, instruments, exhibits, annexes, schedules or certificates contemplated hereby and thereby.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and all related letters, memoranda of understanding or other written communication with bargaining agents for any Company Employees applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which impose obligations upon the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Ancillary state means any state other than a domiciliary state.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
