Ancillary Documents definition

Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.
Ancillary Documents means the ▇▇▇▇ of Sale and Assignment, SB IP License, Star Packaging Services Agreement, Investor Questionnaire, the Real Property Leases, the Escrow Agreement, the Security Agreement and all other agreements, certificates, instruments and other documents to be executed or delivered by one or more of the parties in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Ancillary Documents means the Sponsor Letter Agreement, the Subscription Agreement, the PIPE Investor Subscription Agreements, the Executive Chairman Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Transaction Support Agreements, the Letters of Transmittal and each other agreement, document, instrument and/or certificate contemplated by this Agreement executed or to be executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Ancillary Documents means all agreements, indentures, certificates (including the certificates, if any, representing the Offered Shares), officer’s certificates, notices and other documents executed and delivered, or to be executed and delivered, by the Company in connection with the Offering, whether pursuant to Applicable Securities Laws or otherwise;
Ancillary Documents means, collectively, the Buyer Ancillary Documents and the Seller Ancillary Documents.

Ancillary Documents means the Convertible Note, the ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, Intellectual Property Assignments, Assignment and Assumption of Leases, and the other agreements, instruments and documents required to be delivered at the Closing.
