Except for the representations and warranties made by the Company in this Section 2.1, none of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or representatives makes any other representation or warranty of any kind or nature whatsoever, oral or written, express or implied, with respect to itself, its Subsidiaries, their respective businesses, this Agreement, the Ancillary Documents, or the transactions contemplated by the Agreement.
