Ancillary Charges definition

Ancillary Charges are the amounts specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 for provision of the Ancillary Services;

Ancillary Charges means all amounts payable under this Agreement by the Service Provider for Ancillary Services, as further described in the Price List;

Ancillary Charges means charges related to the purchase of Transient Accommodation including, but not limited to the purchase of food, room service, mini bar products, internet, movie rentals, and phone charges.

More Definitions of Ancillary Charges

Ancillary Charges means any administration fees, charges or other similar fees charged by FCS in relation to the Customer's account;

Ancillary Charges mean the applicable charges regarding ancillary services as set forth in the applicable ISO‐NE Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), plus RTEP Charges, RMR Charges and the transmission cost enhancement charges as identified in the applicable OATT tariff, plus transmission charges and all other ISO‐NE costs not included in the definition of Capacity Charges or in the energy price.

Ancillary Charges means the difference in cost between a Generic Drug and a Brand Drug, which is an amount the Member may be obligated to pay if they choose a Brand Drug over an approved Generic Drug equivalent. Ancillary Charges do not accrue to the Deductible or Out-of-Pocket Maximum.

Ancillary Charges means the charges for Ancillary Services. "Ancillary Services" means any ancillary services, including without limit the purchase of food or beverages, booked by the Agent for the Customer in addition to the Bookings. 'Blackout Dates' means the dates identified in the Rates Agreement on which no Booking can be made. 'Bookings/Booked' means the reservation of Accommodation by a Customer, and such reservation notified to Safestay, and any other Ancillary Services as detailed in the booking. 'Charges' means the charges payable by the Agent to Safestay for the Bookings as detailed in the Rates Agreement, or for any Ancillary Services. 'City Tax' means any city specific tax. 'Commencement Date' means the date the Agreement is entered in to.

Ancillary Charges means those charges and fees detailed in the Hire Schedule and/or any other fee that is invoiced or passed on to the Customer by DriveElectric under this Agreement

Ancillary Charges additional construction charges as specified from time to time in the Carrier Price List;

Ancillary Charges means: the charges set out in the Price List, disbursements paid to third parties and costs and charges set out in paragraph 8.6 below.
