Ancillary Charge definition

Ancillary Charge means an ancillary charge specified in the Reference Tariff Schedule; Annexure means an annexure to this Agreement;

Ancillary Charge means a charge in addition to the Copayment which the Member is required to pay to a Participating Pharmacy for a covered Brand-Name Prescription Drug when a Generic substitute is available. The Ancillary Charge is calculated as the difference between the contracted reimbursement rate for Participating Pharmacies for the Brand-Name Prescription Drug and the Generic Prescription Drug. Ancillary Charges do not count toward the Out-of- Pocket Maximum.

  • The Service Provider should use these tools to ensure there is a fault in LFC network otherwise the LFC may charge a “No fault found” Ancillary Charge in accordance with clause 11.1 above.

Ancillary Charge means the difference in price between a Generic Drug and its Brand Drug equivalent paid by Enrollee due to Sponsor’s Plan design as defined in the EBD.

Related to Ancillary Charge

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.   • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Usual and customary charge means the average amount charged by most providers for treatment, service or supplies in the geographic area where the treatment, service or supply is provided.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Usual and Customary Charges means those comparable charges for similar treatment, services and supplies in the geographic area where treatment is performed.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Reasonable and Customary Charges means the charges for services or supplies, which are the standard charges for the specific provider and consistent with the prevailing charges in the geographical area for identical or similar services, taking into account the nature of the illness / injury involved.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
