Anchor Investor Offer Price definition

Anchor Investor Offer Price means the final price at which the Equity Shares will be Allotted to Anchor Investors in terms of the RHP and the Prospectus, which shall be higher than or equal to the Offer Price, but not higher than the Cap Price, decided by the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder, in consultation with the Lead Manager.
Anchor Investor Offer Price means the final price at which the Equity Shares will be Allotted to Anchor Investors in terms of the Red Herring Prospectus and the Prospectus, which price will be equal to or higher than the Offer Price but not higher than the Cap Price.
