Amounts left in the XXX after that date will be subject to the same penalties discussed in Section VII below applicable to excess SEP contributions.
Amounts in the Collateral Fund shall continue to be the property of the Purchaser, subject to the first priority security interest granted hereunder for the benefit of the Certificateholders, until withdrawn from the Collateral Fund pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03 hereof. Amounts paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans from the Excess Liquidation Proceeds Account pursuant to the preceding clauses (i) and (ii) shall first be deemed to have been distributed to the Lower-Tier Regular Interests in reimbursement of Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses previously allocated thereto in the same manner as provided in Section 4.01(f). Amounts paid from the Excess Liquidation Proceeds Account will not reduce the Certificate Balances of the Principal Balance Certificates receiving such distributions.
