AML Compliance Officer definition

AML Compliance Officer has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4 of Appendix A (Part III).
AML Compliance Officer means the individual(s) employed by the licensee or licensee's parent or affiliate designated to implement the anti-money laundering (AML) program.
AML Compliance Officer is the individual appointed by the Trust to oversee the AML Program adopted by the Trust.
