Amendment to this Contract or "Amendment" means a written agreement modifying the terms of this Contract executed in accordance with Article 28.3 (Amendments).

Examples of Amendment to this Contract in a sentence

  • Such renewal shall begin upon the expiration of the original term or any renewed term, as applicable, and expire as set forth in an Amendment to this Contract.
