Amendment No. 2 definition

Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2, dated as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, among the Administrative Agent, the Lenders party thereto and the Borrowers.

Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2 to Credit Agreement, dated as of October 26, 2018, by and among the Borrower, each Loan Party and each Mission Equity Holder party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the other Lenders party thereto.
