Amendment Effective Time definition

Amendment Effective Time means the close of business on July 7, 2009.

Amendment Effective Time means the “Amendment Effective Time” as defined in Supplemental Indenture No. 1 dated as of October 19, 2015, between the Issuer and the Trustee and Collateral Agent.

• The certificate of incorporation of Halley, as so amended and restated, shall be the certificate of incorporation of Halley from and after the Charter Amendment Effective Time until thereafter amended in accordance with its terms and the DGCL, subject to Section 5.10.

More Definitions of Amendment Effective Time

Amendment Effective Time means the time that the Seventh Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of the Partnership dated as of July 26, 2021 becomes effective pursuant to Section 3.1(f) of the Plan of Arrangement;

Amendment Effective Time means, in respect of any Potential Facility Amendment Event, Share Collateral Trigger Event or Redocumentation Event, 5:00 p.m. on the third Business Day following the Notice Date applicable to such Potential Facility Amendment Event, Share Collateral Trigger Event or Redocumentation Event, as the case may be; provided that if Borrower delivers to Administrative Agent on or prior to the first Business Day following the applicable Notice Date (i) a copy of a duly executed and delivered notice of borrowing under a revolving credit facility of Guarantor in respect of an amount sufficient to pay the Total Accrued Loan Amount and (ii) evidence reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent that Guarantor has agreed to contribute the proceeds of such borrowing to Borrower, the Amendment Effective Time shall be 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Business Day following the applicable Notice Date.

Amendment Effective Time has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Amendment Effective Time has the meaning given to it in Clause 2(c) (Amendments).

Amendment Effective Time means, the time when the conditions for the effectiveness of this amendment and restatement are met.
