Amendment Demand definition

Amendment Demand means a demand that a registration of a Security Interest be amended in accordance with the PPS Act.
Amendment Demand means a demand under section 178 of the PPSA that the registration of the Security Interest granted by the Member under this Agreement be amended;
Amendment Demand has the same meaning as defined in the PPSA Attaches has the same meaning as defined in the PPSA
