Amendment and Restatement Effective Date definition

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means June 28, 2018, the date the amendments and restatements to the Plan of May 7, 2018 are subject to approval by the Company’s stockholders at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting.

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the first date on which all the conditions precedent in Section 4.01(a) are satisfied or waived in accordance with Section 10.02.

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date of this Agreement.

• The City and the Authority intend to create a single, integrated writing governing their relations with regard to the subject matter hereof to which they can readily refer with regard to the covenants and conditions of their respective obligations beginning with the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date.

More Definitions of Amendment and Restatement Effective Date

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the amendment and restatement of this Agreement has become effective in accordance with the terms of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 10.02).

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date on which each of the conditions specified in Section 4(a) of the Incremental and Amendment and Restatement Agreement occur or have been waived, which date is November 7, 2016.
