Amendment and Restatement Deed definition

Amendment and Restatement Deed means the deed of amendment and restatement dated April 2013 and made between (1) the Borrower, (2) the Sponsor as original guarantor, (3) the Lenders, (4) the Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, (5) the Swap Providers, (6) the Agent and (7) the Security Trustee setting out the terms and conditions upon which (amongst other things) the Lenders consented to the change of ownership of the Borrower and this Agreement was amended and restated;
Amendment and Restatement Deed means the deed dated 31 January 2007 between the parties to this Deed pursuant to which this Deed was amended and restated.
Amendment and Restatement Deed means the amendment and restatement deed relating to the Bonds dated 24 June 2021 and made between, amongst others, the Issuer as issuer, the Bondholders as bondholders and Madison Pacific Trust Limited as security trustee, paying agent, registrar and calculation agent.
