Amended Warrant definition

Amended Warrant means the Company's Amended and Restated Common Stock Purchase Warrant in the form attached as EXHIBIT B.
Amended Warrant means the Original Warrant as amended pursuant hereto.

More Definitions of Amended Warrant

Amended Warrant means the First Amendment to the Allied Warrant dated the Effective Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, which, together with the Allied Warrant, shall for all purposes under the Purchase Agreement be deemed to be a Warrant from and after the Effective Date.
