Amended Regulations definition

Amended Regulations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Amended Regulations means RDSI’s amended and restated regulations, as adopted and approved by the RDSI Board of Directors and Rurban.
Amended Regulations means the Amended and Restated Regulations of South Texas Vision, L.L.C., to be entered into upon the Initial Closing among Buyer, Seller and the Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
