Amended Articles definition

Amended Articles means the amended articles of JMB, reflecting the alterations to the Original Articles as provided for in the Plan, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan;
Amended Articles means the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of the Company, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT B.
Amended Articles means the Fourth Amended and Restated Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, adopted in accordance with the applicable Law on or before the Closing and which shall be in full force and effect as of the Closing.
