Amended and Restated Management Agreement definition

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the amended and restated management agreement dated July 31, 2013 between the Operating LP, KFM LLC and Brookfield LP;

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the Management Agreement between the Manager and the Trustee dated as of July 24, 1997, as amended and restated as of October 7, 1999, and as of March 14, 2002, and as of March 26, 2009, and as of October 8, 2009, and as of March 15, 2011, and as of August 30, 2013, and as ofNovember 1, 2013, and as of March 10, 2017.

A “BENEFICIAL OWNER” of a security is a Person who directly or indirectly, through any contract, arrangement, understanding, relationship or otherwise has or shares: (i) voting power, which includes the power to vote, or to direct the voting of, such security and/or (ii) investment power, which includes the power to dispose, or to direct the disposition of, such security. The terms “BENEFICIALLY OWN” and “BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP” shall have correlative meanings.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means that certain amended and restated management agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Company, Services and Services Yakima.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means, in relation to each Ship, the Management Agreement in respect of that Ship as amended and restated by this Agreement in the form set out in Appendix 3 and, in the plural, means all of them;

Amended and Restated Management Agreement has the meaning given such term in the Recitals.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the Amended and Restated Management Agreement dated as of January 15, 2010 between the Company and the Manager.
