Amended and Restated Facility Agreement definition

Amended and Restated Facility Agreement means the Facility Agreement as amended and restated by this Agreement in the form set out in the Appendix.

Amended and Restated Facility Agreement means the Existing Facility Agreement as amended and restated by this Agreement.

Amended and Restated Facility Agreement means the Facility Agreement in the form attached as Schedule 1 (Amended and Restated Facility Agreement), reflecting the amendment and restatement of the Facility Agreement effected or proposed to be effected pursuant to this Deed.
