Amended and Restated Bylaws definition

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Fund in effect at the time the Registration Statement relating to the Preferred Shares is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, specifying the powers, preferences and rights of the Preferred Shares.

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company, as amended from time to time.

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Bylaws of the Company, as in effect on the date hereof.

• In connection with (i) the Phase 1 Closing, QHPC shall duly adopt and approve the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws of QHPC (in the form attached hereto at Exhibit G) and the Second Amended and Restated Members Agreement of QHPC (in the form attached hereto at Exhibit H).

More Definitions of Amended and Restated Bylaws

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company.

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the bylaws of Reorganized Holdings, substantially in the form included in the Plan Supplement.

Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Reorganized Congoleum to become effective on the Effective Date, which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “J”. The Amended and Restated Bylaws will be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
