AmBank Group definition

AmBank Group means all the related corporations and associate corporations of the Bank whether incorporated inside or outside Malaysia, existing now or in the future and reference to ‘AmBank Group’ in this Terms and Conditions herein shall include all or any entity within the AmBank Group.

AmBank Group means all the related corporations and associate corporations of:

AmBank Group means all the related corporations and associate corporations of: (i) the Bank; (ii) its holding company; and (iii) it ultimate holding company, incorporated inside or outside Malaysia, whether existing now or in the future.

Examples of AmBank Group in a sentence

• For the purpose of this clause, AmBank Group is referring to the Bank’s related corporations (as defined in the Companies Act 2016) incorporated inside or outside of Malaysia.

AmBank Group means all the related corporations of AmBank Islamic incorporated inside or outside of Malaysia. “Hybrid Current Account-i” or “hCA-i" : refers to Islamic Current Account offered by AmBank Islamic under Commodity Murabahah via Tawarruq arrangement to the Cardholder. It is a deposit account opened and maintained by the Cardholder with AmBank Islamic. The balance in the Hybrid Current Account-i is not treated as Card balance.

AmBank Group means all the related corporations and associate corporations of (i) the Bank; (ii) the Bank’s holding company; and (iii) the Bank’s ultimate holding company.
