Amalgamation definition

Amalgamation means the amalgamation of the Amalgamating Corporations as contemplated in this Agreement;
Amalgamation means the amalgamation of the Amalgamating Corporations pursuant to Section 182(d) of the OBCA in the manner provided herein;
Amalgamation has the meaning set out in the recitals hereof;
