The properly incurred costs of the Contractor of any additional or alternative services provided to the Authority or the School Entity under clause 25.1 (Additional or Alternative Services) or any revenue lost by the Contractor shall be borne by the Authority and paid against the Contractor's invoice in accordance with clause 37 (Payment Provisions).
