Alternative Provider definition

Alternative Provider means private companies and independent sector treatment centres, and
Alternative Provider means a provider, other than Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink QC”) or any affiliate of CenturyLink QC, of any service that is a functionally equivalent or substitutable service, without regard to the technology used to provide the service and without regard to whether the provider is subject to regulation by the Commission or any other agency. "Alternative provider" includes but is not limited to telecommunications carriers, radio common carriers, cable telephony providers, and providers of voice over internet protocol ("VoIP") service.

Alternative Provider means a private training establishment or an Institution approved by the Qualifications Authority.
