Alternative Investments definition

Alternative Investments means investments in the said State which are within the ability and competence of the Company or of corporations which are related to the Company for the purposes of the Companies (Western Australia) Code and which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments for the purpose of this Agreement (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an investment which would add value or facilitate the addition of value, beyond mining, to the mineral resources of the said State); ”;
Alternative Investments means any agreement, instrument or other transaction issued or entered into by the Issuer pursuant to which the Issuer has an obligation for the payment or repayment of money and/or to deliver or redeliver securities which is specified in the relevant Constituting Instrument constituting the same to be an “Alternative Investment” of the Issuer.
Alternative Investments means any indebtedness in respect of moneys borrowed or raised by the Issuer (other than in the form of Securities) on terms similar to the Securities (in particular as to limited recourse and extinguishment of claims) and includes, without limitation, loans, loan certificates and schuldscheine.

More Definitions of Alternative Investments

Alternative Investments means investments within Western Australia which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments under subclause (4) of Clause 5;
