Alternative Course of Action definition

Alternative Course of Action means any course of action that will enable the Municipality to complete the said Municipal construction and will result in a net cost savings to the Company (taking into account all additional costs incurred by the Company in carrying out the Alternative Course of Action and any additional costs which the Municipality may incur and which the Company will be required to pay in accordance with this Article 13) and “Intended Time Frame” shall mean the period of time within which the Municipality would have reasonably been able to complete the said Municipal construction if the Company would have relocated the Gas Distribution System in accordance with this Article 13.   • Product Liabilities means any Liability arising out of, relating to or resulting from actual or alleged harm, injury, damage or death to persons in connection with the use of any product (including in any clinical trial or study);
