Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee definition

Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee means the Committee established pursuant to Section 5 of this Schedule.

  • The Vice Chair shall preside at meetings of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee in the absence of the Chair, and shall exercise such other powers as are delegated by the Chair.
