Alternate Currency Addendum definition

Alternate Currency Addendum means a schedule and addendum entered into among the Company, a Subsidiary Borrower, one or more Alternate Currency Lenders and the Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Company, such Subsidiary Borrower and such Alternate Currency Lenders party thereto.
Alternate Currency Addendum means an addendum substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto with such modifications thereto as shall be approved by the applicable Alternate Currency Bank and the Administrative Agent.
Alternate Currency Addendum means an addendum substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto with such modifications thereto as shall be approved by the applicable Alternate Currency Lender and the Administrative Agent.

  • The applicable Borrower agrees to pay to each Alternate Currency Lender, for its sole account, a fronting fee equal to the percentage set forth in the applicable Alternate Currency Addendum multiplied by the average daily outstanding Dollar Amount of all Alternate Currency Loans made by such Alternate Currency Lender.

Alternate Currency Addendum means a schedule and addendum entered into among the Company, any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower party thereto, one or more Alternate Currency Lenders and the Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, the Company, any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower party thereto, and such Alternate Currency Lenders party thereto but in substantially the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Alternate Currency Addendum means an addendum substantially in the form of Exhibit J with such modifications thereto as shall be approved by the Alternate Currency Bank.
