ALTA Survey definition

ALTA Survey means a survey satisfactory to the Administrative Agent prepared in accordance with the standards adopted by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping in 1997, known as the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements of Land Title Surveys” and sufficient form to satisfy the requirements any applicable title insurance company to provide extended coverage over survey defects and shall also show the location of all easements, utilities, and covenants of record, dimensions of all improvements, encroachments from any adjoining property, and certify as to the location of any flood plain area affecting the subject Real Property.

ALTA Survey means the ALTA survey prepared by VTN Surveyors with respect to the Site.

ALTA Survey means a fully paid American Land Title Association/American Congress on Surveying and Mapping form survey.

• The ALTA Survey shall be in sufficient form to satisfy the requirements of Chicago Title Insurance Company to provide extended coverage over survey defects and shall also show the location of all easements, utilities, and covenants of record, dimensions of all improvements, encroachments from any adjoining property, and certify as to the location of any flood plain area affecting the subject real estate.

• Purchaser shall order, at its cost and expense, an ALTA Survey (the “Survey”).

ALTA Survey means a current survey with respect to each parcel of real property comprising the Project Site upon which Project Facilities are or will be located, prepared and certified by Surveyor and that complies with the 2021 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Detail Requirements for Land Title Surveys and disclosing the location of all existing improvements, plottable encumbrances, easements, rights of way, encroachments, roadways, utility lines, set back lines, and other matters showing access affirmatively to public streets and roads, and including an overlay of the proposed Project Facilities to be installed on the Project Site as indicated by the Project Site Plan.

ALTA Survey is defined in Section 3.2(a)(i).

ALTA Survey means a land survey prepared and certified in accordance with the standards jointly promulgated by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

ALTA Survey means a property survey of the applicable Project Site prepared to the minimum requirements set forth by the American Land Title Association and American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

ALTA Survey shall have the meaning given such to term in Section 4.1(b) hereof.
