ALTA Policy definition

ALTA Policy means an American Land Title Association extended coverage owner’s policy of title insurance (6-17-06).

ALTA Policy means an ALTA standard form title insurance policy insuring valid leasehold title or enforceable easement rights (including, as applicable, as tenants in common) in and to one or more of the real estate interests included in the Resort Premises and which includes a “same as” survey endorsement insuring that the property described in such policy is the same as the property depicted on an ALTA survey, but for clarity does not include the Interim Policy until such time as an ALTA survey endorsement on the Interim Policy has been received by Buyer.

ALTA Policy means the policy of title insurance covering the Property required pursuant to Section 2.1(e) of this Agreement.

Examples of ALTA Policy in a sentence

• Any increased costs for an ALTA Policy of Title Insurance together with the cost of any associated survey shall be paid by BUYER.

• At Buyer’s option, the Title Policy may be issued in ALTA extended coverage form and/or include any endorsements thereto as Buyer may request, provided that all costs of the issuance of the ALTA Policy (including, without limitation, the cost of a survey) in excess of the costs of the issuance of the CLTA Policy shall be borne by Buyer.

• Any increased costs for an ALTA Policy of Title Insurance together with the cost of any associated survey shall be paid by Buyer.

• Title shall be evidenced by the willingness of Escrow Holder in its capacity as title insurer (“Title Company”) to issue its Owner’s Standard Form (CTLA) Policy of Title Insurance or, at Buyer’s election, an ALTA Policy of Title Insurance (“Title Policy”) in the amount of the Purchase Price showing title to the Property vested in Buyer and subject only to the Condition of Title.

• Notwithstanding the same, Purchaser shall be under no obligation to purchase the Property from Seller unless the Title Company shall deliver to Purchaser at Closing an Owner's ALTA Policy of Title Insurance, which shall identify the Property and easements appurtenant thereto by the legal description(s) set forth on the Survey.

More Definitions of ALTA Policy

ALTA Policy means the policy of title insurance covering the Project Site required pursuant to Section 5.1.1 of this Agreement.

ALTA Policy has the meaning given to such term in Section 8(b) hereof.

ALTA Policy means an ALTA extended coverage owner's policy of title insurance.

ALTA Policy means the loan policy of title insurance covering the Property required pursuant to Section 4.2(k).
