Alpha Phase. The Alpha Phase is the first stage of the Data Futures Pilot which shall be sub-divided into four phases: 1) Proof of concept prototypes of the submission and collection solution; 2) Assessment of data collection; 3) Assessment of data dissemination; 4) Assessment of data management portal; each defined as a "Phase".
