Allowable Downtime definition

Allowable Downtime means scheduled NetApp maintenance and upgrades.
Allowable Downtime means one percent (1%) of the Hosting Measurement Hours in a particular Measurement Period.
Allowable Downtime means scheduled NetApp maintenance and upgrades or a temporary loss of Volume Connectivity that does not exceed five (5) minutes.

Examples of Allowable Downtime in a sentence

  • In the event that CNP (i) is unable to determine the source of the Downtime Event in a timely manner and/or; (ii) is the sole source of the Downtime Event and is unable to remedy such Downtime Event in a timely manner, CNP will deliver a Service Credit to Customer for each two (2) hour period in excess of the Allowable Downtime per month.

  • Maximum Allowable Downtime (“MAD”) is the maximum amount of time the business can suffer an inoperable business process before significant negative consequences are felt.

  • Denominator is represented by the number of minutes in a given month minus the number of minutes of Allowable Downtime (the ’Uptime Commitment’).


More Definitions of Allowable Downtime

Allowable Downtime means the sum of (a) Scheduled Downtime and (b) hours of Excluded Downtime applicable to the Service for the applicable calendar month.
Allowable Downtime means scheduled NetApp maintenance and upgrades. “Downtime” is the total accumulated minutes that are part of Maximum Available Minutes where the Service is unable to provide access to virtual desktops, excluding a period when the Service is not available due to Allowable Downtime. Downtime includes an inability to access the control plane of the service via web portal, API or other means.

Allowable Downtime means unavailability due to (i) Customer’s systems or infrastructure; (ii) any act or omission by Customer that was not directed by SendBird in writing or consistent with SendBird’s Documentation or the Agreement; (iii) any failure to act by Customer as reasonably directed by SendBird; (iv) 3rd-party infrastructures being used by SendBird or Customer (such as AWS, Google, Microsoft and or other server/cloud infrastructure and other general infrastructure e.g. electricity broadband) as part of the SendBird Services, wherein such unavailability was not proximately caused by SendBird’s negligent act or breach of the Agreement; (v) a force majeure event; or (iv) scheduled downtime.
Allowable Downtime is defined as the periods when we will require, from time to time, to perform necessary maintenance of any of the Services;
Allowable Downtime means that amount of downtime that is allowable before becoming a Performance Problem, defined as: Allowable Downtime = (1 - Uptime Commitment) (expressed in hours) x 24 x # of days in the applicable month.
