Allotted Apartment definition

Allotted Apartment means the Flat, Exclusive Balcony/Verandah, open terrace/sky terrace, servant quarter and Car Parking Space for parking of motor cars at the Car Parking Space all morefully and particularly mentioned and described in the Second Schedule hereunder written;
Allotted Apartment means the Apartment described in the Second Schedule hereunder written and may include the right of parking motor car at the Parking Space, if so and as specifically mentioned in such Second Schedule hereunder written;
Allotted Apartment means the Flat, Exclusive Balcony/Verandah, if any and Parking Space, if any for parking of motor car/two xxxxxxx at the Parking Spaces and wherever the context so permits shall mean the commercial space and Parking Space, if any for parking of motor car/two xxxxxxx at the Parking Spaces and in either case the same is morefully and particularly mentioned and described in the Second Schedule hereunder written;

Examples of Allotted Apartment in a sentence

  • This Agreement, along with its schedules, constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all understandings, any other agreements, allotment letter, correspondences, arrangements whether written or oral, if any, between the Parties in regard to the Allotted Apartment.

  • It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Allotted Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Allotted Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Allotted Apartment for all intents and purposes.

  • The Promoter shall not be responsible towards any third party making payment/remittances on behalf of any of the Allottee and such third party shall not have any right in the Allotted Apartment applied for herein in any way and the Promoter shall be issuing the payment receipts in favour of the Allottee only.

  • Security Deposit directly to CESC Limited as may be demanded by CESC Limited on account of individual meter for the Allotted Apartment.

  • The right of the Allottees/Apartment Acquirers will remain restricted to the particular Allotted Apartment intended to be acquired and all the unsold Apartments will remain vested in the Developer who will be free to deal with and/or dispose them off in any manner in its absolute discretion.

  • Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall within the period mentioned in such intimation take possession of the Allotted Apartment from the Promoter by making payment of the balance amount of Total Price including the Extras and Deposits, and by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Allotted Apartment to the Allottee.

  • If, however, the completion of the Project is delayed due to the Force Majeure conditions then the Allottee agrees that the Promoter shall be entitled to the extension of time for delivery of possession of the Allotted Apartment.

  • The GST or other similar taxes on the Consideration for the Allotted Apartment and the Extras and Deposits shall be as per the applicable rates from time to time and the Allottee undertakes and confirms to pay the same to the Promoter with each installment/payment and shall not raise any objection thereto.

  • Any application, letter, allotment letter, agreement, or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Allotted Apartment, prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for Allotted Apartment shall not be construed to limit the rights and interests of the Allottee under this Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

  • However, if the Allotted Apartment is made ready prior to the completion date mentioned above, the Allottee undertakes and covenants not to make or raise any objection to the consequent preponed payment obligations, having clearly agreed and understood that the payment obligations of the Allottee are linked inter-alia to the progress of construction and the same is not a time linked plan.

Related to Allotted Apartment

  • Said Apartment means the specific apartment applied for by the Applicant(s), details of which have been set out in this Application and includes any alternative apartment that may be allotted by the Company in lieu of the Said Apartment.

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.

  • new dwelling means, for the purposes of the definition of “second authority” and paragraphs 91, 98 and 103, the dwelling to which an applicant has moved, or is about to move, in which the applicant will be resident;

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Dwelling means any building, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed or intended for occupancy as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered for sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, structure, or portion thereof.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Residential Dwelling Any one of the following: (i) a detached one-family dwelling, (ii) a detached two- to four-family dwelling, (iii) a one-family dwelling unit in a Xxxxxx Xxx eligible condominium project, (iv) a manufactured home, or (v) a detached one-family dwelling in a planned unit development, none of which is a co-operative or mobile home.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.

  • semi-detached dwelling means a building divided vertically into two dwelling units each of which has a separate entrance and access to grade;

  • Animal shelter means a facility operated by a humane society or any society organized under Chapter 1717. of the Revised Code or a dog pound operated pursuant to Chapter 955. of the Revised Code.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;
