Allocation System definition

Allocation System means the method of determining the Compensable Loss assigned to a claim in order to determine the amount of compensation to be awarded for that claim (as set out below). This is based on each Securities Claimant’s estimated losses attributable to misrepresentations in Valeant’s offering documents, taking into account risk adjustments to account for the liability risks for different categories of Securities Claimants.

This is based on each Claimant’s estimated losses, taking into account damage adjustments to account for the difference in the extent of estimated damages for different subclasses of Authorized Claimants.

More Definitions of Allocation System

Allocation System means the Allocation System under the On-Going Service Description.
