Consistent with the Contract Allocation Order, Utility shall not, in acting as limited agent of DWR hereunder be required to perform any obligations of any Supplier under any Allocated Contract or to make any payments on behalf of such Supplier or as the result of the failure of such Supplier to perform under any Allocated Contract.
