Allocated Interest definition

Allocated Interest means, with respect to any Construction Period Property, as of any Scheduled Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest due and payable on such date with respect to a portion of the Loans (which portion shall be designated by the Borrower by written notice to the Administrative Agent (an "Allocation Notice")) having an aggregate principal amount equal to the Tranche A/B Construction Property Cost of such Property as of such date.
Allocated Interest means the interest of that Owner (expressed as a percentage in Exhibit A to this Declaration) in the Common Expense liability and for the purposes of voting in the Association.
Allocated Interest means, with respect to a Party, a percentage equal to the amount of the Beltway Project’s, in the case of CBE, or the I-95 Project’s, in the case of 95 Express, use of the Shared Facilities and Shared Services, as a percentage of the total use of the Shared Facilities and Shared Services. More Definitions of Allocated Interest

Allocated Interest means, as of any Interest Payment Date during the Construction Period, the amount of interest due and payable on such date with respect to the Project Loan.

For example and by way of illustration only, if a unit is 2000 square feet and the total square footage of all units is 10,000 square feet, the quotient is 0.20 times 100 equals 20 percent (20%). The total number of Units in Marina Park is 20 plus 2 commercial spaces. 2.2.2 “Voting” means One vote per dwelling Unit.
Allocated Interest means a Unit’s allocated interest for voting rights and its allocated interest for Assessments set forth on Exhibit B. Allocated Interests are based on the relative maximum habitable floor area of the Units, except that the square footage is prorated to satisfy the limits on Assessments for the Deed Restricted Units required by the Community Documents. If a matter is subject to the vote of a particular class or group of Units, or a cost is allocated only to a particular class or group of Units, then a Unit’s Allocated Interest will be a fraction, the numerator of which will be the applicable Allocated Interest of such Unit on Exhibit B, and the denominator of which will be the aggregate Allocated Interests of Units that are within that particular class or group of Units. The Allocated Interests for the Deed Restricted Units shall comply with the Town’s Community Housing Guidelines and, in the event of a conflict, the Allocated Interests shall be automatically amended to not exceed the limitations contained in such Community Housing Guidelines.
Allocated Interest means each Unit’s share of the Common Expenses of, and votes in, Association.
