Allocated Initial Investment. With respect to each Facility, at any given time, the applicable amount set forth under the heading “Allocated Initial Investment” on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx X-0 or Exhibit A-3 attached hereto, as applicable. The parties shall cooperate reasonably and in good faith to revise within thirty (30) days after the date hereof the amounts set forth under such headings on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx X-0 and Exhibit A-3 attached hereto as of the date hereof, it being acknowledged that the aggregate amount of the Allocated Initial Investments shall not be increased or decreased as a result of such revisions. If there is a dispute between the parties with respect to such revisions that shall not have been resolved on or before November 30, 2012, such dispute shall, upon a written request by either party, be resolved by a firm of independent nationally recognized accountants chosen and mutually accepted by both parties, whose determination shall be final and binding on the parties and whose fees and expenses shall be borne equally by the parties. The parties shall execute and deliver an amendment to this Lease reflecting the revisions agreed upon by the parties or determined by such accountants, as applicable, immediately after such revisions are so agreed upon or determined, as the case may be.

Related to Allocated Initial Investment

  • Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.

  • Class B Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class B Certificates, which is $48,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class B Certificates.

For all purposes of this chapter, the minimum investment may include amounts expended by a sponsor or sponsor affiliate as a nonresponsible party in a voluntary cleanup contract on the property pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 56, Title 44, the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program, if the Department of Health and Environmental Control certifies completion of the cleanup. If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.

  • Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount less the positive difference, if any, between the Principal Funding Account Balance and the Class A Invested Amount on such date.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Designated Investor means an Investor (a) that has been approved in writing as a Designated Investor by Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, in their sole discretion, and (b) in respect of which there has been delivered to Administrative Agent:

  • Series Invested Amount means the Initial Invested Amount.
