Allocated Expenses definition

Allocated Expenses means the aggregate of all costs allocated quarterly to NYGB by NYSERDA, generally based on the proportion which NYGB’s direct salary costs bear to the total salary costs of all NYSERDA program staff, expressed in dollars. Allocated Expenses fall into the following categories:
Allocated Expenses means the expenses relating to the operations of the facilities of the Practice and the administrative expenses incurred by AmeriPath on behalf of the Practice in the performance of AmeriPath's duties under this Agreement, including the following: billing services (including personnel), marketing, advertising, promotion, allocated corporate overhead, legal expenses, service of laboratory and other expenses as may be approved from time to time by the Managing Director, all as permitted to be incurred in accordance with this Agreement.
Allocated Expenses means the Issuer’s expenses (other than Reimbursable Expenses), including, without limitation, Rating Agencies fees and expenses, the Administrator fees and expenses, the Owner Trustee fees and expenses, Depositary fees and expenses, Indenture Trustee fees and expenses, Collateral Agent fees and expenses, Custodian fees and expenses, due diligence fees (such due diligence fees not to exceed $15,000 in any quarter) and other anticipated costs and fees; provided, however, that in no event may the cumulative amount of Allocated Expenses in any calendar year exceed the Budget Expense Limit.

Allocated Expenses means the expenses relating to the operations of the facilities of the Practice and the administrative expenses incurred by AmeriPath on behalf of the Practice in the performance of AmeriPath's duties under this Agreement, including the following: billing services (including personnel), marketing, advertising, promotion, allocated corporate overhead, legal expenses, service of laboratory and other expenses as may be approved from time to time by the Steering Committee, all as permitted to be incurred in accordance with this Agreement and any New Practice Amendment (as defined in Section III.G.) BASE FEE has the meaning ascribed to it in Section V.A.3.
Allocated Expenses means a reasonable allocation as they relate to the management and leasing of the Property (pro rata to all other properties in Manager's properties, if such expenses may relate all of Manager's properties) of the following expenses which are incurred by Manager and set forth in the Approved Budget or otherwise approved by Owner: insurance costs; grounds maintenance; data processing and/or storage charges; postage; long distance charges; copy charges; delivery charges; software licensing; computer set up; email hosting; employee training; advertising, including, without limitation, outdoor/billboard advertising, shared billboards, newspaper and other print media advertising and radio advertising; legal and other professional fees directly attributable to the Property (and not to other properties managed by Manager) including, without limitation, an allocation of landlord tenant attorney's legal services; uniform expenses for Property staff; equipment and replacement parts for gates, pools, exercise equipment and other amenities.
