Allocated Base Rent definition

Allocated Base Rent means, with respect to any Site, the dollar amount allocated to such Site on Exhibit B-2 attached hereto.

  • The portion of the Base Rent allocable to the Severed Property shall be the Allocated Base Rent for such Severed Property.

  • Base Rent, as calculated in accordance with Sections 3.1(a) and 3.1(b) above, shall include Interim Capital Addition Rent and Allocated Base Rent payable with respect to the entire Leased Property.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses or “ALAE” means all court costs and court expenses; pre- and post-judgement interest; fees for service of process; attorneys’ fees; cost of undercover operative and detective services, costs of employing experts; costs for legal transcripts; costs for copies of any public records; costs of depositions and court-reported or recorded statements; costs and expenses of subrogation; and any similar fee, cost or expense reasonably chargeable to the investigation, negotiation, settlement or defense of a loss or a claim or suit against you, or to the protection and perfection of your or our subrogation rights.

  • Rent Expense means for any fiscal period, the total amount of rents and other charges payable during such period by the Credit Parties and their respective Subsidiaries under all Real Estate Leases to which they are a lessee, all as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

  • Allocated Loan Amount means, for an Individual Property, the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

  • Load allocation means the portion of a receiving water's loading capacity that is allocated to one

  • Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).

  • Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Additional Rent means any and all amounts, other than Basic Rent, required to be paid by the Tenant under this Lease, whether or not same are designated “Additional Rent” or whether or not the same are payable by Landlord;

  • Lease Balance means, with respect to the Leased Properties, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate sum of the outstanding Funded Amounts of all Funding Parties, all accrued and unpaid interest on the Loans, all accrued and unpaid Yield on the Lessor's Invested Amounts, all unpaid fees owing to the Funding Parties under the Operative Documents, including all other amounts owing to the Funding Parties by the Lessee under the Operative Documents.

  • Allocated Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Net Rentable Area means, with respect to any Real Estate, the floor area of any buildings, structures or other improvements available for leasing to tenants determined in accordance with the Rent Roll for such Real Estate, the manner of such determination to be reasonably consistent for all Real Estate of the same type unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
