All Employees to be Members. All employees of the Employer, as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. All future employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union from the date of hire.
All Employees to be Members. All employees in the bargaining unit shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.
All Employees to be Members a) The Board agrees that all employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members of the Union.
All Employees to be Members. (a) All employees presently members of the Union shall maintain their membership in the Union as a condition of employment.
All Employees to be Members. Within one week of the signing of this agreement, all Employees of the Employer, as defined in Article 3.01, shall, as a condition of continuing employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new Employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within thirty days of employment.
All Employees to be Members. All employees of the Board shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. All new employees shall become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.
All Employees to be Members. All present employees covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, remain members in good standing of the Union. All employees hired after the signing of this agreement who are covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, upon commencement of employment.
All Employees to be Members. It is agreed that all personnel who are members of the Union in good standing on the effective date of this Agreement shall remain members of the Union in good standing as a condition of continued employment with the Employer and all employees hired after the effective date of this Agreement shall, on completion of six (6) months’ employment, become and remain members of the Union in good standing. Any employee who fails to maintain membership in the Union in good standing in accordance with its Constitution and Bylaws shall be discharged from employment with the Employer after notice is given to the Employer that the employee is no longer a member of the Union in good standing.
All Employees to be Members. As a condition of employment, all new employees shall be covered by this Agreement, unless specifically altered, and shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union at the end of thirty (30) days of employment.
All Employees to be Members. All employees recognized as coming within the scope of this Agreement shall join the Union and pay dues after they have completed thirty (30) days of service with the employer.
