Alaska Native definition

Alaska Native. ’ means Native as defined in section 1602(b) of title 43;
Alaska Native has the meaning given the term ‘‘Native’’ in section 1602 of title 43.
Alaska Native for the purposes of this FOA means a member or descendent of any of the indigenous peoples of Alaska.
