Alaska Nanuuq Commission means the Alaska Na-
Alaska Nanuuq Commission. ’ means the Alas- ka Native entity, in existence on the date of en- actment of the United States-Russia Polar Bear Conservation and Management Act of 2006, that represents all villages in the State of Alaska that engage in the annual subsistence taking of polar bears from the Alaska-Chukotka popu- lation and any successor entity.

  • Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.
