Airworthiness Authority definition

Airworthiness Authority means the airworthiness authority to whose authority Buyer or its Customer’s operations are subject to.
Airworthiness Authority means the United States Federal Aviation Administration or FAA.
Airworthiness Authority means ANAC, EASA, FAA, TCCA (as these are defined herein) or such other airworthiness authority by which the Products may be certified, pursuant to the Technical Requirements;

Airworthiness Authority means the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority – Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (“ANAC”) or such other entity in Brazil from time to time charged with the administration of civil aviation.
