Airport Customer means any user of the Airport who proposes to use a ground transportation provider's services, including, without limitation, for parcel delivery or pick-up.
Airport Customer for shall mean any person who arrives at the Airport by aircraft and conforms to any one of the following: (1) who enters into a car rental agreement or secures a rental vehicle at the Airport, (2) who is transported by TENANT from the Airport to TENANT’s business location for the purpose of entering into a car rental agreement or securing a rental vehicle, (3) who is referred to TENANT’s business by another rental car company for the purpose of entering into a car rental agreement or securing a rental vehicle, (4) who makes rental car arrangements at one of TENANT’S offices located within a five (5) mile radius of the Airport, or (5) who enters into a motor vehicle rental agreement with TENANT within twenty-four (24) hours of arrival at the Airport.
Airport Customer means any person who arrives at, or departs from, the Airport.

The term "Airport Customer" shall mean any user of the Airport who has arrived at the Airport within 24 hours previous to entering into a motor vehicle rental agreement at any location on Airport premises, including fixed base operators, or who is transported to an off. airport business location of an oOn-Aairport Rrental Ccar Ccompany within a twenty (20) mile radius of the airport via a ground transportation vehicle for the purpose of entering into an automobile rental agreement, and shall include customers obtained through discount arrangements whereby the rental car company provides discounts on rentals to any airlines, cruise lines, or other person, firm, or entity.
