Aircraft Parts definition

Aircraft Parts means all engines and propellers (whether or not affixed to any Aircraft) owned by any Grantor and used or intended for use in connection with the Aircraft, and all avionics equipment, radio equipment, navigation equipment, radar equipment and other equipment, appliances, accessories and accessions used or intended for use in connection with the Aircraft.
Aircraft Parts means all appliances, parts, systems, components, assemblies, rotables, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature, whether or not incorporated or installed in or attached to an aircraft or aircraft engine, including “appliances” and “spare parts” as such terms are defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the United States Code.
Aircraft Parts means all appliances, parts, systems, components, assemblies, rotables, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature, whether or not incorporated or installed in or attached to an aircraft or aircraft engine, including “appliances” and “spare parts” as such terms are defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the United States Code. “Aircraft Parts Designated Location” means each location identified in Schedule 6.28 where Aircraft Parts of a Borrower or its Subsidiaries are located.

More Definitions of Aircraft Parts

Aircraft Parts means all appliances, components, parts, instruments, auxiliary power units, navigational and communications equipment, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other goods and equipment of whatever nature which may from time to time be incorporated or installed in or attached to an airframe or an engine.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.

  • Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), so long as the same are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as the same are subject to the Lien of the Indenture in accordance with the terms of Section 7.04 thereof after removal from the Airframe or any Engine.
