Aircraft Part definition

Aircraft Part means an individual component or an assembly of components that is primarily designated for and used on aircraft.
Aircraft Part means an Airframe, part of an Airframe or part of a Major Aircraft Appliance;
Aircraft Part means any tangible personal property that is intended to be permanently affixed or attached as a component part of an aircraft.

  • Any such Replacement Aircraft Part, regardless of whether evidenced by an Aircraft Security Agreement Supplement, shall become subject to this Security Agreement and shall be deemed part of the Aircraft Collateral, for all purposes hereof to the same extent as the Aircraft Parts originally incorporated or installed in the Aircraft, and a security interest to such Replacement Aircraft Part shall thereupon vest in the Company.
