Aircraft Object definition

Aircraft Object shall have the meaning provided for the term “aircraft object” in the Cape Town Treaty.

Aircraft Object. “associated rights”, “Contracting State”, “Contract of Sale”, “International Interest”, “International Registry”; “power to dispose”, “Professional User Entity”, “Prospective Sale”, “Prospective International Interest”, “situated in” and “Transacting User Entity”.

Aircraft Object is defined in the Cape Town Convention.

• Upon the acquisition by any Owner Subsidiary of an Aircraft Object not previously described in Schedule I hereto as supplemented by Annex I to each Grantor Supplement and Collateral Supplement, the Grantor that directly Owns the Equity Interest in such Owner Subsidiary shall provide an updated Collateral Supplement describing such Aircraft Object.
