Aircraft Lease definition

Aircraft Lease has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Aircraft Collateral.”

Aircraft Lease means any lease agreement entered into prior to the Petition Date by and between PHI, as lessee, and a third party, as lessor, for the use and operation of certain aircraft by PHI and/or its Affiliates.

Aircraft Lease means, with respect to any aircraft, any lease (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time) relating to that aircraft, but does not include any charter or wet lease of that aircraft.

More Definitions of Aircraft Lease

Aircraft Lease means the Aircraft Lease (N531JF), dated as of November 12, 1998, between Fleet National Bank as lessor and Pillowtex, Beacon Manufacturing Company, Fieldcrest Cannon and The Leshner Corporation as lessees, which was subsequently secured by all the collateral securing the Prepetition Credit Facility pursuant to an amendment to the Prepetition Credit Facility and rejected pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court entered on or about January 4, 2001.

Aircraft Lease is defined in Paragraph 7(d) of the Security Agreement.

Aircraft Lease means an Unexpired Lease relating to the use or operation of an aircraft, aircraft engine, or other aircraft parts.

Aircraft Lease means that certain dry lease agreement to be entered into by the Aircraft SPV as lessor and Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. as lessee on or about the Closing Date, which dry lease agreement shall (i) be on the terms disclosed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders on the Closing Date (as such terms may be modified after the Closing Date so long as such modification is not adverse to Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Aircraft SPV Holdco or the Aircraft SPV) or the Agents and the Lenders in any material respect as compared to those terms disclosed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders on the Closing Date) and (ii) not in any event (A) require the lessee thereunder to make periodic payments to the Aircraft SPV in amounts in excess of the amounts necessary to enable the Aircraft SPV to service its payment obligations in respect of the Aircraft Indebtedness, (B) have a lease term that is shorter than five years from the date of such lease or (C) be terminated or accelerated except as result of an event of default thereunder (including by cross-default, maturity or other termination event in connection with the Aircraft Indebtedness).

Aircraft Lease means a lease of any Aircraft to, or other financing with respect to any Aircraft owned by, an Acquired Company.

Aircraft Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 4.28(a)(i).

Aircraft Lease shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of the Aircraft Security Agreement.
